Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 business days of payment confirmation. All packages are shipped via UPS courier with tracking number included.
Delivery Options
- Standard delivery: Delivery without signature (included in shipping cost)
- Delivery with signature: Available upon request via UPS Extra, with additional cost
For mandatory signature delivery, please contact us before completing your order.
Package Tracking
Regardless of the method chosen, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery status in real time.
Shipping Costs
The shipping rate includes:
- Processing and packaging costs (fixed)
- Transportation costs (variable, depending on total package weight)
Important: We recommend grouping all desired items into a single order to optimize shipping costs. Separate orders placed individually cannot be grouped later and each will have its own shipping cost.

- Adequate protection during transport
Note: Delivery risks are transferred to the customer upon handover to the courier, but we ensure that each package is packed according to safety standards.
